Dr Marietjie Botes BProc LLB LLM (Intellectual Property) LLD (Biotechnology Law) led a research team that set up the Model Law on Health Governance (with its new Implementation Guide) and landscape assessment tool, to support national efforts to review and strengthen health data governance frameworks.
