Strengthening health data governance in the digital age
Towards improved health outcomes and UHC
Dr Marietjie Botes BProc LLB LLM (Intellectual Property) LLD (Biotechnology Law) led a research team that set up the Model Law on Health Governance (with its new Implementation Guide) and landscape assessment tool, to support national efforts to review and strengthen health data governance frameworks.
This includes the full National Research Landscape Report on which Dr Marietjie Botes was also the research team lead for the report setup and findings which can be found on their website.
